Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use AlKra-MockTest, run by AlKra-MockTest ("we"). By creating an account or taking a test you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is

AlKra-MockTest offers practice mock tests for recruitment examinations notified by the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC). It is an independent practice portal. It is not run by, approved by or connected with APPSC or any government body.

Exam dates, patterns, syllabus and eligibility shown on the site are summaries taken from the published notifications. Always check the official notification on psc.ap.gov.in. If the site and the notification differ, the notification is correct.

Your account

• You need an account to take a test. You register with your mobile number, which we verify by a one-time code. After that you can log in with the mobile number or with a Google account you connect.
• You must be 18 or older.
• One account is for one person. Do not share it, and keep your Google account and phone secure.
• Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

The tests

• Each test is generated for you from the question bank and can be taken once. The clock does not pause, and the test submits itself when the time ends.
• Every student gets three free sample mock tests of 50 questions each. A free test is counted when it is created, whether or not it is finished.
• Answers are saved as you go, but we cannot promise that a test will never be interrupted by a fault in your device, your internet connection or our service.
• The questions, answer keys, explanations and translations are prepared for practice. We work to keep them accurate, but errors are possible, and some answers may change when laws, figures or official positions change. Tell us if you find an error and we will review it.
• Where the English and Telugu versions of a question differ, the English version is the reference.
• Scores and reports on this site are for your own preparation. They do not predict or guarantee any result in an actual examination.

Fees

Some tests are free. When paid tests or packages are offered, the price and what it includes will be shown before you pay, and a refund policy will be published on the site before any payment is taken.

What you may not do

• Copy, publish, sell or share the questions, keys, explanations or PDFs, in whole or in part. They are for your personal study only.
• Collect the content with scripts, bots or other automated tools.
• Try to see the answer key during a test, interfere with the timer or scoring, or get around access controls.
• Use the site to break the law or to harm another person or the service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Ownership

The site, its design and its original content, including questions, explanations and translations, belong to AlKra-MockTest. Names of examinations, posts and government bodies are used only to describe what the tests are for.

Limits of our responsibility

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for example a missed opportunity or an examination result, arising from use of the site or from an error in its content. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may change the site and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply to you.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Andhra Pradesh, India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
